The preferred method of payment for your program is via your apply.berklee.edu account.
Payment methods available through your account include credit card, debit card, and e-check. All major credit cards are accepted for payment (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). Note that credit and debit card payments are subject to a 2.95 percent service charge that is non-refundable by Berklee. There is no charge for EFT/electronic checks.
If you do not have access to the apply.berklee.edu account and would like to make a payment on behalf of a student, please visit berklee.edu/summerpayment. Credit card, debit card, and e-check are available as options on this page as well. Note that you will need the student ID number for payment to facilitate the payment being applied to the correct student bill.

Boston Conservatory at Berklee Summer Programs
The information in this section applies only to students enrolling in Commercial Dance Intensive, High School Composition Intensive, Musical Theater Dance Intensive, Musical Theater Acting Intensive, Summer Dance Intensive, and/or Vocal/Choral Intensive.

Pay by Mail
At this time, we strongly discourage mailing checks for sending payment. Instead, we encourage you to use one of our online payment methods or Flywire.
Nevertheless, if you must pay via a mailed check, you may make your check payable to Berklee College of Music. Please include the student ID number and program name(s) in the memo section of the check and mail to the following:

Pay with a 529 Plan
Although we do not restrict 529 fund disbursement towards Berklee Summer Programs, tuition for our programs is not eligible to be considered as college tuition. This means that you may need to follow up with a tax report for any disbursement toward Berklee Summer Programs tuition.

Payment Deadlines
Program Enrollment Deadlines
Each summer program has a limited capacity and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You can secure your spot by paying in full for your intended program via the apply.berklee.edu portal.
Registrations/applications open annually by early November and remain open until the corresponding payment deadline or until the program fills, whichever comes first.
Payment deadlines are as follows:
- May 1: Payment deadline for June programs
- June 1: Payment deadline for July programs
- July 1: Payment deadline for August programs
